The Beck Pond Housing Development is a 2.45 gross acre minority parcel within larger 69-lot subdivision plat in southwest Canby.
The project has been officially annexed into the City of Canby per the Department of Revenue, and entitled/approved by the City Planning Commission. We completed final engineering during the summer of 2018. Ground was broken late 2018 with delivery of the first section of the 69 new home lots by May 2019.
